Cynthia Allen-Lowe

Nurse Administrator, Founder & CEO Certified CBRF Instructor | B.A. Healthcare Administration & Communication

Cynthia Allen-Lowe is the founder and CEO of Cyndee CBRF Training, LLC and a Certified CBRF Instructor with more than 25 years of nursing experience in long-term care, ventilator care, and private duty nursing. With a background that combines clinical experience, healthcare administration, and adult instruction, Cynthia is committed to providing practical, engaging training that prepares caregivers to provide safe, confident, and quality care.

Cynthia is certified through UW-Green Bay to teach all four core CBRF classes and is approved to provide distance learning. Her hands-on approach to instruction emphasizes understanding, proper procedures, documentation, and the real-world responsibilities caregivers encounter every day.

Maurice Allen, RN

Maurice Allen, RN

CBRF Instructor & Nursing Consultant Medication Administration & Distance Learning

Maurice is a Registered Nurse with more than 30 years of professional nursing experience and an extensive background in teaching, training, and mentoring adults. His experience spans nursing, healthcare leadership, adult education, and community service, bringing a practical, real-world perspective to the classroom.

His commitment to education extends well beyond his professional nursing career. Maurice is founder and president of the Nursing Board at El-Bethal Church of God in Christ, where he provides ongoing health education and training to adult members. He also serves as Vice President of Beyond Measures, an umbrella ministry of El-Bethal, and is the founder and president of Milwaukee Street Warriors, an organization he established in 2016 to serve individuals experiencing homelessness.

As a CBRF instructor and nursing consultant, Maurice draws on decades of healthcare and leadership experience to help caregivers understand not only what they need to know, but how that knowledge applies in real-world care settings.

Tawana Allen-Burke

Administrator / Advisor

Tawana began her career in Higher Education in 2002. She is currently an adjunct professor and director of First Year Experience at Lone Star College in Houston, TX.

Prior to working in Education, Tawana worked as a Music Research Analyst in New York, NY. She is a native of Milwaukee, WI and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Howard University, and a Master of Arts in Education from Prairie View A&M University.

Steven Robertson, Sr.

Steven Robertson is the Associate Director of EOP & Pre-College Programs at Marquette University. He is an entrepreneur who thrives in motivating others to find and live on purpose. As a Motivational Speaker, Coach, and Mentor, Steven has challenged others to live out their life on purpose.

Steven’s message of persistence and grit inspires youth and adult audiences as he shares his personal story. Determined to be the same “warm demander” for other youth that his mentors had been for him, Steven has devoted more than twenty years of his professional life serving youth. He counts it a privilege to inspire them to realize, refocus, rebuild and reach their academic and personal goals despite obstacles they may face. His life mission is to help students to go, succeed, and graduate from college.

Benita keeps Cyndee CBRF Training, LLC running smoothly across both operations and tech. She leads website development, manages server infrastructure, and drives marketing efforts while coordinating day-to-day business operations.

By aligning digital strategy with practical workflows, Benita streamlines processes, supports students and staff, and implements solutions that help the business grow. Her work bridges technology, administration, and planning—making her an essential part of the team.

Steven Ray Robertson, II brings a unique blend of technical expertise and creative talent to his role as Administrative Tech at Cyndee CBRF Training, LLC. With a strong interest in both music and business administration, Steven is highly skilled in technology and digital media.

An accomplished pianist and vocalist, he also has a knack for video production and marketing, which he leverages to support the company's growth and outreach efforts. His intelligence, creativity, and technical savvy make him a valuable asset to the team.

Administrative Support

Nyllah Allen, a 2025 graduate of Greenfield High School in Greenfield, Wisconsin, serves as Administrative Support for Cyndee CBRF Training, LLC. A CBRF-certified team member, she assists with day-to-day operations, including attendance and account verification, while helping maintain organized and efficient workflows.

Nyllah is eager to continue expanding her knowledge of CBRF and applying what she learns to her personal and professional growth. She is also pursuing her passion for cosmetology at the Aveda Institute, where she is on track to graduate in August 2026.

Administrative Tech

India Allen, a 12th-grade student with a passion for cosmetology, creativity, and caring for others, serves as an Administrative Tech at Cyndee CBRF Training, LLC. A true go-getter, India isn’t afraid to take initiative or tackle new challenges, from video production to marketing projects that bring fresh ideas to the business.

Known for creating positive experiences and bringing energy to everything she does, she is eager to grow her skills, support the team, and help shape the company's future success.
