A warm welcome to all employers — and thank you for the important work you do in supporting caregivers. Whether your organization has trained with Cyndee CBRF Training, LLC before or you're exploring training options for the first time, this page is designed to make things easier for you.

  View upcoming classes, check past attendance, and confirm completions for staff registered through our training. Reports reflect only classes completed with us (not the state registry or other providers).

  Caregivers often ask, “Where can I apply after training?” We highlight select organizations that support caregiver development — whether by enrolling staff, encouraging certification, or fostering a supportive workplace culture.

• Employer Training Overview & Pricing

  We provide four DHS-approved CBRF certification courses live on Zoom using UW–Green Bay’s state-approved curriculum. Completions are recorded in the Wisconsin Training Registry, typically the same day.

  Primary Courses, Hours & Pricing

  • Standard Precautions — 2 hrs — $100
  • Fire Safety — 3 hrs — $100
  • First Aid & Choking — 4 hrs — $100
  • Medication Administration — 14 hrs (2-day) — $250
  • 4-Course Bundle — $450

  For ongoing requirements, employers often use our self-study 15-hour Caregiver Continuing Education package and American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED online training.

• Attendance Report Tool

  Easily generate attendance reports for staff registered through Cyndee CBRF Training, LLC. This tool allows you to view upcoming classes, check past attendance, and confirm completions — all based on the administrator email used during registration. Reports are emailed directly to you and include only staff registered through our training (not the state registry or outside providers). Need help? We're here to assist if anything looks off.
